We've been making sheds in Desborough, Northants for nearly forty years and now operate from three production facilities spread over five acres.

Delivery Process
We cover a wide area and delivery is free within 100 miles of Desborough but we can deliver further afield. If delivery is outside our usual area we will contact you to discuss options. Delivery is organised in house so we can be flexible within reason. Not ready yet? No problem, place your order so it's in the system. We can also arrange assembly in most cases. Some panels can be big and heavy - not all will fit through a doorway - let us know in advance of any access issues, buildings can often be made in smaller sections. Assembly is subject to a suitable base.
Guarantee
Buildings are guaranteed for 12 months against faulty parts or workmanship - the most important thing is to assemble you shed on a good base and keep it treated with a good quality top coat.
Why do you not offer a 10 or 20 year guarantee like I have seen on other websites?
This is used as a selling point by some other suppliers. However, if you look into the details of these guarantees you will discover that this is essentially only an “anti-rot” guarantee that is void if you do not treat the building every year with a high-quality wood preservative, as well as a long list of other terms & conditions, so does not really mean anything. We agree that a regular coat of quality treatment is the best way to keep your building in good condition – if you do this your building should not rot for a long time!
There are thousands of Albany Sheds out there well over ten years old and still in daily use.
